Hey how is everything going? Yep I have got a little bit of change, I got transferred to a different area. My new area isn´t to far away, It´s in the zone called tandil. My city that I will be working in is about an hour and a half outside of Tandil in the middle of no where. It’s called Ayacucho! Mom I don’t really want to hear you try and pronounce this one! Ha ha. But wow it’s going to be quite a change I guess the branch there isn’t very big. As far as I know I am the first counselor, I think there is a president that travels there every Sunday. So pretty much I´m going to be acting as the prisident the rest of the week. I guess the attendance is anywhere from five to fifteen people! I´m excited though it sounds like a good place and I think we have people that we are teaching already. My new companion is Elder Hoz, I got another latin! This one is from Uruguay. I guess he is pretty old I think he almost has twenty seven, seems really cool though. I left my old area at two thirty in the morning and the bus I took was horrible so I slept most of the morning to catch up a little.

This last week that we had in my last area didn’t go real well. First I got pretty sick and really stuffed up and then my companion caught it too. So we didn’t leave the house much our last week together. But I guess I have been pretty blessed because it’s the first time getting sick with a year in the mission so I feel blessed.

I got to celebrate a little bit of my birthday my last day in Azul. One hermana made me a cake and they sang to me. Also one of the hermanas in my district had a birthday recently so she baked a big cake for those with birthdays so it went well and I haven’t even had my birthday yet. Tomorrow I am twenty, wow! I was joking around with an hermana in the ward about how I could feel it in my bones and telling her stories like “When I was kid.......” she would joke about it all the time. The members in Azul were good people I´m going to miss them. They were a bunch of jokesters it was a good time.

Thanks for sending that stuff with the family that is coming down here to pick up thier son, I should get it this next week.

It has been pretty cold down here, today it´s not bad at all the the sun is out and it´s pretty comfertable. I don´t know what their description is of snow but I guess they did say it snowed in bahia. But there´s nothing there it’s just mainly really cold. I think thats probably why I got sick this last week is because I have had a whole year of heat without a winter so my body wasn’t used to it.

Well I will tell you more about my area next week when I have actually been there but if you want to look it up on the map it´s just east of Azul. You will see Tandil and then just go north a little and that’s where Ayacucho is.

I’m excited my companion has got a lot of faith. I got to the house at five thirty with one hour of sleep and he had been sleeping since nine o clock. So he just wanted to talk and tell me what was going on in the area and experiences and stuff and he kept saying “ Elder we are going to baptise” So i guess we are going to be baptising this transfer!!

But I guess today for p-day we are joining up at the church with the other elders and cooking a bunch of pasta and then playing futbol.

But yeah it was good leaving azul but kind of sad saying bye to everyone. Oh yeah one member this week actually told me that I look like Joseph Smith. Maybe it was just the white shirt and tie?? But thanks for the letters this week, take care with everything.

Tell Kade Lisa and Miles hi, sounds like they are good.

Love you guys

Elder Lott
