Hey guys how’s the snow? Sounds pretty crazy there, my first week in my new area went well. We have A family that is ready to be baptized, the mom and the dad are going to get married and then the day after them and their little nine year old kid are going to get baptized. They also have a little six year old girl and a little four year old, those two love us and are always climbing all over us wanting to draw little pictures in our agendas. They are a really humble family, a little one room house with a bed and half of one of the walls isn’t there so they put a little wood and blankets. So good though, in our last lesson with them the dad just starting sharing how his life has completely changed since he has found out about the church and he just started baring his testimony about how he knows that it is the church of Jesus Christ and how he now knows that there is a god that loves us. It has been really fun with them though, the dads name is Pablo and he’s got a bunch of tattoos on his arms and had long hair and everything. So he went to the wife of the district president here and got a nice hair cut and he says that he is rubbing this type of plant all over his tattoos and they are becoming lighter. He went off explaining to us all of the changes that he has already felt in his life and I looked at him and said that’s what Christ does for us he looked right back at me and said yeah that’s what Christ does!
This week was probably the hottest yet this summer but it cooled off over the weekend and it’s great weather now. Right now I am over in San Antonio oeste that, they say that there are awesome beaches here, also the high tide low tide here is a huge difference. When it is high tide it will be all the way up to the cliffs, then maybe six hours later the water will be down a hundred yards and we can go down and go into the caves and there are pools that are left with water.
This week in church there was only about thirty people E´ Clayson said that we were missing a lot of members though. We had about five investigadors in church so that wasn’t to bad.
We went up to bahia blanca again this last week that went that went well we had a good meeting. Mom thanks I received the package, my companion and I love reeces pieces candy so we were pretty pumped about that.
Thanks for everything that you guys do, I will probably send a picture or two. I loved the pictures you sent in the package. Send more of the snow I want to see how bad it really is!
Con amor
Elder Lott
