Subject: Happy 4th of July
Family,
Happy 4th of July to you all! Im glad its real hot there. Its because you guys had a real cold winter. It will be good.
Hello Once again! How is the family? Im sure Cara and Jeffs baby is so cute! That’s exciting that Natalie had her baby too! I cant believe Chet is taller than us. Chet is still a little baby he cant be taller than us. I know I wont even recognize a lot of the cousins that age. Its like when Kade got home he didn’t even recognize Kenzie. I am glad to hear that you guys are having family home evenings. Its good to include the rest of the family too! I have a lot of fun family home evening ideas to share with you all. We do a lot of family home evenings here. We have the members invite their friends that aren’t members. It’s a good way to meet new people and they already have a friend that is a member! We did one on Sunday night, that went real well. We had one planned for Monday night too, but our investigator didn’t show up. It was actually really sad. It was Jorge who has a baptism this Friday. Well we went on Tuesday to his house to see where he had been. He told us he had drank. It was soooo sad. It had been 2 weeks since he had drunk. He was going so strong. The enemy works so hard; Especially the week of their baptism. But he is excited and will be baptized next week. It really was a hard moment for me. I couldn’t bare it. My companion taught him. I had felt really sad for him. He said when your family does something that makes us sad its hard, imagine what Heavenly Father feels. He is really great! He has learned a lot and is ready except for that one thing.

This week went sooo well! We were so happy. We started it with a little extra help from the Lord. The power of prayer is so real. We made a goal to have at least 5 people at church on Sunday. With lots of prayer and work, we were instruments in the hands of the Lord! There were 5 that we are teaching currently, and there were 3 others that people brought! Oh, Sunday was good. I played the organ like normal. I also did something else. I interpreted for the deaf girl in sign language. People bore their testimonies and I interpreted. I have been learning for 6 weeks this language, because its completely different than in English. She stayed with me one day when I was sick, so I learned some then too. I know that the spirit has really helped with this.
There was transfers today, and………. I stayed! We were both so happy! The sad part is that I will be transferred in 3 weeks. President will, because I cant be in the inland at the end. I will have to do a bunch of things there in
