Another great week! We have been finding so many people, its so much fun to teach and to get to know so many cool people. We found out this week that there is a little tiny city that is just out of Loberia that is part of our area. So we started walking there and little did we know it was a couple miles so it took a litter over an hour to get there. Fields on both sides as far as you could see we thought we would never get there. We get to the first house and knocked on the door and she says yes come right in, then ofered us water and we had a great lesson. We knocked a few more doors and then we enter another house. Its been so awesome, literally everytime that we left the house this week we found a new Investigador to teach. So it hit about 8;15 and knew that we should head home because it was so far, we started walking and it was pitch black everywhere. A couple minutes latter we flag down a bus that is passing by and it happens to pass right infront of our house. We have really felt blessed this week with the work. It really feels like I am being an Instrument in the lords hands. The spirit does everything for the work, it tells you where to go, what to say and then it does the teaching. It really started to warm up this week and we were leaving in shortsleeves all week so that was nice.
This morning was pretty fun, the whole zone which is only eight of us slept at one house last night. We got up and went down to the beach to watch the sun rise this morning that was pretty fun. Then we went and jumped around and played on all of the sand dunes.
Church went well yesterday, we have had thirty people at church the last two weeks so we were excited for that.
We have been getting is so many houses in so many different ways, this week we had two people tells us that we are the only people from religion to ever enter in their house. What happened on one of them is earlier we had passed by and asked if we could share a message with them, the lady threw up her arms and said no its ok, then my companion took out a paper and said ok well we have this. It was a paper too fill out your geneology, so she got kind of interested and we said we would come back and help her with it. So this week we passed by and she opened the door and started showing us the paper that was almost completely filled out except for like two people. We were impressed so we started talking about that and we kind of started joking around and it was just the perfect moment. So then I just kind of threw in a "Hey we have got a little ten minutes message we would like to share " They said ok and we got in and taught them a great lesson and then their neighbor came over during the lesson and she was listening a lot and really wanted to try our invitation to read from the book of mormon and then pray about it. Then at the end just before we left they said we have never let people from religion in the house you guys are lucky you just happened to pass by at the right time and all. I told them that it wasnt just by luck and that god really sent us here with this message.
If you guys could send me a copy of our geneology that would be great to have to have an example for others and just to have.
Thats so awesome how big the Family is, really it just started with two special people Grandpa and Grandma and now there are more than a hundred of people! What a blessing the families are, I love focusing the lessons on the family because its really easy to apply and to testify about in my life.
We finished the week out walking to get to the bus terminal and accross some fields were some people sitting outside their house and first their kids yelled at us so we waved. Then about the third time that the mom yeild I heard her yell chao! So we waved at her and then went around the corner. Then this girl rides up on her bike and tells us that her mom says when you are in the area pass by because she wants to talk to us. So we got the family name and had to keep going because we were about to miss our bus. But that about sums up our week with that good experience. People have really been accepting and Its fun!
This is going to be our last week of this transfer, wow how it goes! It just gets faster and faster as the mission goes on.
