Hey! Well there goes the first week with my new comp and wow did it go fast My comp is a good kid, he has twenty years and is from Texas. He has got a good testimony, He is a recent convert and only has been a member for fourteen months. He is the only member in his family so it’s different. He was planning all his life to become a catholic priest. But a couple months before he was going to go to the school to become one he found the missionaries and got baptized. But wow it´s amazing how much he knows about the Catholics. We will pass a little picture in the road of a saint and he will tell me his name and what the significance of everything in the picture is, like why the saint is holding something, the colors, everything. But it’s good, my patience is going to get tried this transfer but it will be fun.

Funny thing happened, we arrived at our house at two thirty in the morning and got to bed, so I got him up at six thirty and said it was time to study, so I was studying and I could tell that he didn’t know what was going on and was dead tired. Every ten minutes he would ask me how long we studied or some other question. So finally It got to the time for comp study, and I looked across the table and he was just staring off in the distance looking like he was about to explode. So I said I guess today for companionship study you can unpack your bags. Then he kind of let out a little bit and yelled GOOD, because I can’t concentrate right now! So he unpacked and we had p-day that day so he could take a nap and catch up a little. It was a pretty funny experience for me anyways.

We had the stake conference with everyone together here in Olivarria on Saturday and Sunday. So Saturday we traveled in on a bus with some of our members. One of our members had to give a prayer and he doesn’t have any legs so that was interesting getting him on the bus because his wheel chair wouldn’t fit through the doors. It was good though we had some good talks by the members and the presidency.Yeah I am kind of missing march madness right now because that was one of my favorite events, but that would be cool if you could send me a bracket filled out when it was all over.

The mission is fun, I am learning a ton. Really every time I think about what I am doing and even if I am in a hard time It is for the best and is bettering me a ton. Just being out here is an awesome experience.

I got that letter from tyler, all in Spanish! He didn’t sound to rusty with his Spanish, he’s still got it.

Tell all the family hi, I miss the get togethers.

Chau
